On Saturday, April 22nd@9 and 10:30 pm, we continue the Central Brooklyn Jazz: A Music of the Spirit Festival at Sistas’ Place with T.K. Blue and Organ Eyes with organist Matt Smyth, guitarist Ed Cherry, multi-percussionist George Coleman Jr. and the leader on woodwinds and kalimba. T.K. Blue has come through, among others, one of the Masters of the Music of the Spirit, Dr. Randy Weston, to create an identity and an approach that is all his own. Don’t miss this!
