On Saturday, March 26th, at 9 and 10:30 pm, we present Lil Phillips and the Richard Clements Trio in Tribute to Billy Strayhorn to close out our Women’s History Month celebrations. Lil Phillip’s extraordinary voice is heard every Saturday night at Sistas’ Place, singing the theme song. She traditionally closes out our March celebrations and this year is going to be very special with the Richard Clement’s Trio featuring bassist Donald Nicks and drummer Dwayne “Cook” Broadnax.
