Sistas’ Place in association with Melchizedek Music Productions, presents Satellites of the Sun. The entire month of April is Satellites of the Month! 

Join us this Saturday, April 26th to see Ahmed Abdullah’s Diaspora featuring the Music of Sun Ra! Ahmed Abdullah’s Diaspora features Monique Ngozi Nri (Vocals/Poetry), Alex Harding/Don Chapman (Woodwinds), D.D. Jackson (Piano), Marcos Varela (Bass), Warren “Trae” Crudup (Multi-percussionist), and Band Leader Ahmed Abdullah (Trumpet).
